ARIANNA PICERNI
The Aesthetic of Emotion
I seek authenticity in everything I create. My art is a reflection of an intimate journey—an exploration of the soul, a path toward inner light. I call it The Aesthetic of Emotion.
Each piece is like a soundtrack without lyrics—free from figures and narrative constraints—allowing you to immerse yourself in your own sensations, your own meanings, your own light. Just as the philosophies of kintsugi and wabi-sabi teach us to honor our cracks and cherish imperfection, my works celebrate the beauty of resilience. In fragility, we find strength. In flaws, we find uniqueness. Our scars are not shameful—they are golden seams that tell our stories.
If you look closely, you'll discover layers of color and hidden textures—fragments of emotions and time. Some details lie beneath the surface like buried memories, others emerge boldly, catching the light. These traces form a dialogue between past and present, but it is the now that holds center stage.
My canvases are not just paintings—they are emotional landscapes, fleeting moments crystallized in color and matter. They are silent yet deeply resonant, inviting you to pause, reflect, and feel.
